COMMISSIONS
The artist combines various fields of expertise in the style of a Renaissance man. One of his areas of focus is art in architecture, the connection of art and design within architecture; in the true sense of the word architect (arkhitéktōn), the master builder. It was quite common for ancient churches and temples to have stained glass windows and sculptures, as well as wall reliefs as an early form of human expression. Although the artists work is explicitly not religious, some of Hofmann Bonengél's artwork exhibits a critical and at times even ironic commentary on institutionalised religion.
The showcased projects are examples only. Due to the size and scope of such endeavours, accurate budgeting and lead time are necessary. Stained glass windows, ceramic wall reliefs, and ceramic paintings, azulejos, as well as commissioned canvas works, are feasible within the artistic scope of the artist's oeuvre, subject to specific requirements. L'artista combina diversos camps d'expertesa a l'estil d'un home renaixentista.
Una de les seves àrees de focus és l'art en l'arquitectura, la connexió de l'art i el disseny dins de l'arquitectura; en el veritable sentit de la paraula arquitecte (arkhitéktōn), el mestre d'obres.
